New add-on rule: PDF-to-Text

This add-on rule uses Xpdf (http://www.foolabs.com/xpdf) to extract the text from PDF documents so that BC2 can compare them.

Just curious: did you get XPDF to compile in C++ Builder?

We haven't tried compiling the Xpdf source code. We just used the precompiled binaries.
