Check for File Existence?

Is there a way to check if a file exists, but its ok if the file contents are different?

It depends on what you want to use the information for. For simple folder comparisons you could leave the comparison criteria blank and just select orphans. That would work for copies or reports. Anything more complicated than that might not be possible.
