Is there another view in our program that you wish for our Registry Compare to mirror? It appears you wish to add some of our Text Compare line detail tools to the Registry Compare detail section, but our Text Compare does not recolor the section when it is selected.

Yes. These are available in Text Compare.

Sorry I didn't mention this:
If the color for "Selection" is set to "Use system", in Text Compare, all the text in the selection turns to white.

Which item in your Windows theme did you explicitly change?

You can also override this in the BC3 settings by changing from Use System to a White color to make the header text white.

I hope in Registry Compare "white text in blue background" will also override all the other colors in the selection, as same as what we see in Text Compare.

I hope Registry Compare will also have "Align with" command, so I can compare the items with different names.

You can compare different names in the Registry Compare if you switch the current base folders to any Key (folder) to then compare similar values inside. We do not have a method to compare different values at this time, but it is something we'll look into.
