Can someone please tell me if it is possible to keep a number of revisions of files that will be overwritten by a newer file (I don't mean the optional archive folder in which ALL files that will be overwritten are put).

I really need at least 5 revisions !!!!

BC doesn't directly support that. I will add it to our feature request database.
