How can I define Folder alignment & Replacements in Scripting?

Folder Alignment Overrides and Text Replacements are not currently supported in scripting. You would need to setup a Folder Compare session with saved session settings (parent or child), or change the default Text Compare or Folder Compare settings to apply alignments and replacements in script.
