bc beta functionality question

I've noticed that I cannot edit a file that is contained in a child archive within an archive. I can do this in bc2. I assume this will be enabled for bc3 before the final release?

Example:
an application.war file that contains some lib.jar file which contains file.xml.
In the beta version, I can view, but I cannot edit the file.xml.

Yes, it will be fixed before BC3 final.
