13298 Data compare: Editing disabled on fresh side

2 Click File, Open Clipboard

Hoped for: right editing enabled
Observed: not.

Workaround: Go Next F6, File Open Clipboard, Select All, DELETE

PS It would be nice if INSERT (when editing enabled) on empty rows operated on all selected rows rather than just the focussed one.
