Hi,

sorry if this has been answered before, but we're searching for a solution for quite a while now - without success...

We are running BC3 Pro on Windows 7 64Bit with the latest version of Tortoise SVN. Our problem is, that the sub-menu from Tortoise is missing in the integrated context menu of the explorer in BC. However the context menu integration of Tortoise works in the windows explorer outside BC.

Normally the sub-menu should be there, since BC just includes the explorer context menu - at least that's what we've found out so far.

So how can we convince BC to show the Tortoise sub-menu?

Thanks in advance.

BR,
Michael

Beyond Compare is still a 32-bit application, so it only shows 32-bit shell extensions. Download the 32-bit version of TortoiseSVN and install it alongside the 64-bit one and BC will show it.

Works like a charm.

Thanks for the quick help!

The 32-bit shell extension is now included in the TortoiseSVN 1.7+ 64-bit installer. This means TortoiseSVN will display in Beyond Compare's Explorer menu with only the 64-bit version of TortoiseSVN 1.7+ installed.
