How to compare directory contents by filename only.

I often need to compare the contents of two directories, but only care that the same list of files is in each (the contents of the files don't matter).

I've unselected "compare contents" and "compare timestamps" but it's still showing two files as being different even if they have the same filename.
I'm using BC v# 2.5.2
Any ideas?

With both comparisons disabled, the files should show up as black unless you double click on them (at which point, a Rules-based compare is run and passed back to the parent Directory Viewer).
