Multiple Selected Folders on one sie

Hello,
I have been using BC for years, and it is great, however, I have run into a need that I don't know how to perform.

I have a folder tree with my souce code for multiple programs in it. Different program with souce in each folder. I need to copy the *.exe files from that folder tree into a single folder on the server.

So is there a easy way to configure BC to display all the *.exe files in a folder tree on one side and compare them to the *.exe in a single folder on the other side?

I think that eventually BC will be able to do this. But in the meantime, you can use the excellent 2-panel file manager software, Take Commander (http://ghisler.com), which can do this, and generally makes Windows Explorer obsolete.
