12204 Suggestion: makes small dialogs resizable

Thanks for the suggestion; I'll add that. Are there any other dialogs you are specifically having trouble with.

Recently Save Snapshot & Create New Folder. I suggest all small dialogs having path input controls or labels would benefit.
