Suggestion: monitor transfer-speed during synch

It would be nice to get an idea how long the synch process will last. Therefore BC should monitor the transfer-speed, the elapsed time and calulate an estimate of the remaining time. This would be great when synching larger amounts of data, or synching via ftp-connection.

I cast my vote too. I used VPN and I'd like to have additional feedback when the individual file under comparison/merge is being reread from either side.
