Custom Sync: Mirror did not delete empty folders

BC 2.1, Beta 214.

I triggered the Custom Sync, Mirror L->R (or R->L) and noticed that newly empty folders are not deleted. Newly empty folders as in, when I moved directories around.

BC 2.0 did delete those directories.

Something changed?

Make sure that you don't have "Only affect visible files" checked in the Sync dialog. I don't think the behavior has changed between 2.0 and 2.1 there, but you may have accidentally checked it.
