The forum index should show a yellow light bulb to the left of any forum which contains new posts. This is not consistently done. For example, now, the ScriptCentral forum shows a yellow bulb with new posts in 1 topic, but the BeyondHelp forum, which has new posts in many topics, still shows a white light bulb.
