The forum software apparently omits some messages from digests. For example, the root message of the thread
"Date is off by one year" was not in either of the Beyond Help digests sent to me on 1 January and 2 January (though the first 2 responses to this message were in the 2 January digest).
This is the only specific missing message which I've tracked down, but I remember thinking that other messages in the last few days were also missing from digests.
