You can compare two folders with the default criteria (size and date, but not content comparison) and use the Only Matches display filter to limit the display to files with the same size and date. Next, select all those files and perform the Compare Contents action. The resultant Compare Results window will show the files with mismatched contents.

Thanks, very helpfull to find such files.
I miss the easy way to copy a file to the other side. Is there a way? (Except of transforung the result into a batch-file)

Select the file(s). Actions menu / Copy command.

I use this so often that I have assigned shortcut keys (Options / Keyboard) to the commands Copy to Left (Ctrl+L) and Copy to Right (Ctrl+R)..

Yep, that's one of our famous "hidden" features. ;)

Copy to Left (Ctrl+L) and Copy to Right (Ctrl+R) are available in both the folder viewer and file viewer as standard shortcuts. We didn't want to clutter the menus, so they're only visible in the "Keyboard" panel of the Options dialog.

Also, if you have "Confirm Copies" unchecked in the Options dialog and you only select one side the copy command will copy from that side without prompting for confirmation.

This reminds me of a tiny bug [IMHO] report. The Copy command in the Actions menu should not be followed by an ellipsis in cases when there will be no confirmation dialog.
