Beyond Compare error 00008

I'm getting this error 4 times during a compare session
"Invalid size or check sum of file or unsupported compression format - Native error: 00008"

what is this error and how do I resolve it?

It means the zip you're comparing against is either corrupt or uses a compression method that BC doesn't understand. Try using something like winzip's test or repair command on it.
