False random loss of files

When I compare two external hard disks (USB devices), which are identical, BC reports that some files do not exist in one of the hard disks.

But, a direct inspection confirms that files are there. This is, they are not lost, fortunately. If I repeat comparison, reappears the problem, but in relation to other files. Again, a direct inspection assures that files are not lost.

Hello,

I also replied to your email. My first suggestion is to enable Suppress Filters and see if your files show up. This would help indicate that you have filters enabled to hide the files. A full screen screenshot with Suppress Filters enabled may also have some clues.
