11282 Copy to FTP status message misleading

If I set four files copying to an FTP server that accepts four connections and BC uses them, the Copy bar misleadingly reports "Copying 1 of 4" whereas actually it is copying 1,2,3 and 4. "Copying 1-4 of 4" would be good.

Thanks for the suggestion. The current behavior is the best we can currently report without reworking the interface. The current logic shows the number of completed transfers +1. We'll consider this suggestion when we add to this area of the program.
