Virtual tree structure

I'm looking for an easy way to backup from multiple unrelated directories into a single target directory, and possibly have the source dirs rooted differently in the target tree.

Is there a way to set a "virtual" tree structure, where it doesn't correspond to the structure on disk? (Something similar was discussed in this thread (http://www.scootersoftware.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=658) a few years ago.)

Hello,

Multiple Base Folders is still on our Wishlist. You can use BC3's interface to open multiple tabs and compare each folder individually to the destination. Or use the Copy To Folder command to copy into a destination folder after selecting files in a comparison.
