453 viewer pane divider reset

Could the text, mp3 and hex viewers please retain my divider pane position when one of the (unlabelled) filepaths is changed? Currently they reset the position back to centre.

In our next release (456) there will be a "sticky splitter position" tweak. It causes each viewer type to remember where you position the splitter (as a % of window size).

At this point, it's stored by viewer class, not by session.
