Actually, I'm not totally sure what triggered this. :-) I was looking at help searching and clicking to find a setting. After I thought I'd found what I needed, I tried bring BC back to the front to make the change and I got a window that wouldn't go away. I finally realized it was a crash window. (OK, it's early in the morning and I'm not thinking clearly yet. :-)
