Ignore folder structure in v2.5.3

V3.0 provides a very cool feature of ignoring the folder structure and comparing the files.I however have version2.5.3 and wish to compare two folders with different folder structures.
Folder 1 has sub folders and each subfolder has xml files
While Folder 2 just has xml files.
Is it possible to compare the xml files in these folders?

You could use the "Copy to Folder" command to manually flatten the folder structure, but otherwise the only way BC2 supports it is to compare each subfolder with the other folder one at a time. You can install BC3 alongside BC2 if you just want to use it during the trial period.
