453 Align With... cancel
It would be nice if I could cancel an Align With... alignment from the r-c menu, e.g. Align With... changed to Cancel Align With... when used on an aligned item.

I agree that it would be nice to be able to cancel an alignment override from the right-click context menu.

If you start an "Align With", the right click menu will change to only include "Align With" and "Cancel Align With" ("Compare to" behaves similarly). This has been the behavior as long as the feature has been in BC3/Cirrus.

If you start an "Align With", the right click menu will change to only include "Align With" and "Cancel Align With" Sure, but it just cancels that new Align With... operation. It doesn't let me:cancel an Align With... alignmentas it would if it "changed to Cancel Align With... when used on an aligned item" as I suggested.

Just for other people finding this particular post: You can currently cancel Align With... by going to the Session Settings, and the Misc tab, and deleting the Alignment Override from the list.

Though that list makes it hard to find a particular alignment amonst many because it shows only filenames, not folders. To avoid the user having to drill into each with Edit, could you add a folders column?

Also does that dialog really have to collapse my folders?

What do you mean by "shows only filenames"? After Align With... a pair of folders, the folder names are what should appear.

And what do you mean by "collapse my folders"? After going to the dialog, the folders in the background don't collapse unless the alignment is changed, which requires a refresh (which happens if you use the Right-click option as well).

(which happens if you use the Right-click option as well).Which is even less welcome.
