... when both sides are empty? The New Folder commands seems always disabled.

Hello,

Thanks for the suggestion, Chris. The New Folder Command requires a selection, which isn't available if both folders are empty. I've added an entry on this issue. Thanks for the input.

What suggestion? ;)

Your inferred suggestion that the current functionality contains a bug and should be changed.

Actutally inference is an action of reader rather than writer ;)

Perceptence is an action of the reader. Inference is the intent of the writer. In this case, I believe that Aaron correctly perceived what you were inferring.

Well, the dictionary disagrees, e.g.

As is often the case in the English language "Infer" is a word that can have multiple meanings. Being competent in the English language allows one to understand how a word is being used rather than arguing that it was used incorrectly (when if fact it was not).

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/infer
Definition #4: to hint; imply; suggest

"many 20th-century usage guides condemn [this] use, maintaining that the proper word for the intended sense is imply and that to use infer is to lose a valuable distinction between the two words."

Well, either way, the ability to make New Folders in an empty base folder should be in the next release. :)

Help on Actions->New Folder says:
On the Actions menu, the New Folder command lets you create a folder at the current position. If you have a file or folder selected, the new folder will be created with the same parent folder as the selected item.But only if I select a closed folder. If I select an opened folder (no selection within), the new folder is created in the selected folder.

As this behaviour is necessary to create a subfolder in an empty folder. please add a hint to the help.

Enhancement suggestion for the wishlist: Allow multiple selection to create subfolders with the same name in all selected folders (opened or closed).
