The 3.1 release notes say that it fixes the FTP with Windows CE. That is almost true. Files in the base folder are correctly seen and compared, and subfolders are shown, but the contents of subfolders are not shown. Double-checked with the last version of BC2, and the files show and are compared correctly. The profile in BC3 was copied from the profile in BC2, so the settings are the same.
