I am doing a folder compare, both sides of which are under different folder definitions under source control config. If I compare 2 files (with teh same name but in different folders), then only the one on the LHS seems to be recognised as being under src control (VSS). The one on the RHS can be changed without it asking for a checkout, even though both are readonly.
