Ignore empty folders

Is there some way to exclude showing empty folders (the folders may not initially be empty, but the filters may render them so)? I'm able to achieve something similar to this by flattening the folders. However, I'd like to be able to see where the different files are located in the folder hierarchy.

Go into the Session Settings dialog and uncheck the "Compare folder structure" checkbox at the bottom of the "Comparison" tab. When that's unchecked empty folders are filtered exactly like BC2, instead of matching the "Show Same" and "Show Orphans" filters.
