FTP "already logged in"

I just downloaded the trial version and cannot connect to my ftp, it asks for my info and then says already logged in and disconnects.

Any ideas?

I am hoping to be able to compare and or sync folders and files between seperate subfolders of my website, will this product do this?

Hello,

Do you have any other FTP Clients open and connected to the FTP? It sounds like it limits the number of connections.

You can make sure your FTP Profile is using only one connection by going to the Tools menu -> FTP Profiles -> Pick your specific profile (or edit default):
Connection tab
Simultaneous Connections: 1
