9357 Disabling auto-complete

Is it possible for me to disable the auto-complete e.g. in the file filters toolbar box? I find it more trouble than it is worth - I want be able to just type my input and hit return, without having to delete the rest of the line that BC has well-meaningly but unwantedly added.

Sorry, I don't think it is possible to disable the autocomplete.

After some discussion here, auto-complete for the filters toolbar will be disabled in the next release.

That would suit me - thanks - but I suggest to suit all, an option is needed.
