The helpfile says, that there are 3 methods of link resolution: Fast, Simple and Complete.
But the current dialogbox (FTP Profiles -> Listing) doesn't offer Complete ... :confused:

Sorry, "Complete" is in the interface for our inhouse builds, but isn't currently implemented. We'll get the help fixed. Due to implementation differences between BC2 and BC3 though, I can't say if/when "Complete" will be re-added.
