Hello thongtap,

I haven't heard any reports of problems with Serv-U, but I haven't tested it myself. I'll setup Serv-U on a test server and let you know what I find out.

Connecting to a test server running Serv-U 7.2 by FTPS works fine for me with BC 3.0.2.

Please email a copy showing a connection attempt to support@scootersoftware.com and we'll look into it. To save the log to a file, click the save icon on the left of the green log pane. Also, please let us know what version of Serv-U is running on the server you are trying to connect to.

Did you change any setting from default?

Any thought on this, Chris?

FWIW, I've had problems with FTPS on Serv-U connecting from a WS_FTP Pro client. Depending on what location I'm in, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. For example, it will work from my home just fine, but not from certain hotel connections, or some internet cafes. I assume it's a firewall issue, possibly client-side, but haven't had the time to look in-depth at it.

BC3 changed the default from active transfers to passive ones, and it looks like that's what's causing problems. In the FTP Profiles dialog, on the Connection tab, uncheck the "Passive transfers (PASV)" checkbox.
