Snapshot of selected folders

Is there anyway of taking a snapshot of selected folders? Or any other way to take a snapshot of an entire drive but omitting Recycled, System Volume Information etc. Thanks,

If you launch "Save Snapshot" from a directory comparison the "Items excluded by file filters" checkbox is enabled. If that's unchecked, any items that you've excluded using the "File Filters" options (names, timestamps, etc), won't be included in the snapshot.
