Missing "Start" and "Cancel" buttons in Attributes dialog for (S)FTP

Hi!

(I know that you are very busy with preparing the first public beta, but I keep on reporting oddities für the current build ... :) )

Build 451:
- Open a folder compare with a SFTP location.
- Right-click an a file or folder.
- Choose Attributes... from context-menu.
... Where are the Start and Cancel Buttons :confused:

Doing so for a normal NTFS location shows them ...

That certainly doesn't look right. I'll log that issue and we'll look into it shortly.
