CSV Compare Bug

Compare two CSV files (Opens in data compare)
Choose "Compare In New View Using -> Text Compare" from Session menu
Close the data compare

Attempts to merge text from one side to the other in the text compare will fail. :( The text compare seems to be locked even though the Full Edit icon is enabled on the toolbar.

If you look at the bottom of the edit panes, you'll see the phrase "Editing disabled". You can click the Rules guy, select the Specs tab, and deselect the "Disable editing" checkboxes.

Perhaps "Full Edit" is a poor name for character mode considering that panes are sometimes read-only. (I think someone has mentioned this before.)

I'll also look into allowing editing in this situation.

I don't have a problem with disabled editing when it is rule driven (or when the current session doesn't support editing). In this scenario, opening the .csv files in a new text compare session allows editing, but spawning the text compare from the data compare results in disabled editing...so is not rule driven. Thank you for looking into it.

Thanks for the fix in build 453.
The text compare is now write-enabled even if launched from a read-only data compare.
