Interrupted Refresh

I launched a new text compare session and selected a remote file from the MRU list. The server was not available.

1) Cirrus started, but did not complete, a screen refresh. See screenshot (http://mysite.verizon.net/bulgrien/jing/InterruptedRefresh.png).

2) Although Cirrus was hung up (unresponsive) for a while, there was a regular mouse pointer instead of an hourglass.
