With Build 450, the Explorer Right Click icon changed.
The first time I click a directory, the icon is a white block with the BC arrow over it. When I click the right mouse to select the second directory, the icon has changed to a yellow block with the BC arrow.
Is that the way you expected it to work?

The "yellow block" is a folder signifying that you would be selecting the left hand side of a folder compare. If your second click had been on a file, you would have seen an upright "white block" (sheet of paper) signifying that you would be selecting the left hand side of a file compare. What I don't understand is why the very first icon is just an arrow. If BC3 will display the an arrow with a file or folder image, then I would think it would be that from the start.
It looks like we'll need to work on the icons. :) The empty arrow means nothing has been selected, while the file or folder overlay indicate that that "spot" has been filled.
