Last Touch Bug

I issued a Touch against a file pair that had the same date/time stamp to capture that date/time stamp.

I issued a Touch against a new file and specified to use the last touch value.

The date-time from the previous touch did not get applied. See screencast (http://screencast.com/t/Am0MBwbat).

The "last touch" option uses the last value set usin the "Set timestamps to" touch type, either explicitly set or using the "Current time". It doesn't "capture" the last modified time if you use the "Copy from other side". I can't say I even agree that that would be desirable behavior given it would depend on which of a possible large selection happened to be touched last.
