Request: support for tab delimiters in data files

Tab delimiters are fairly common in so-called CSV files, should be supported.

You can change your "Comma Separated Values" Data Format to detect delimiters (on the "Type" page, check "Detect" above "Delimiters".

Many thanks, Erik. That's what I had been looking for, but I'd only looked in session settings, not in general options. Works like a charm.
