Copy section/line arrows are off the displayed page

The arrows in the center between the files are displayed at the start of a section/selection, so when scrolling down 1 or more pages to the last line of the selection/section, the arrows are now off the page and you need to scroll back to the top of the selection for the arrows to reappear and be used.

I know there are other ways of copying the section by keyboard/menu/toolbar but should the arrows be displayed where they can be used?
