Black line and missing data in File viewer

I'm reviewing code in the File viewer and after copying lines from the right screen to the left screen and saving a black line shows up in the viewer where some of the code was. The line number above the black line is 13 lines less than the line number below the black line. The 13 lines of code seem to be missing. Any ideas?

Figured it out. It was a default setting that was only showing differences with context. I must have clicked on the "Show all" icon to deselect it by accident.
