Compare Contents - Don't Show Again

In the Compare Contents screen, [] Don't Show Again is not working.

Select a few files, right click and select Compare Contents. Select Binary Comparison and check Don't Show Again. The next time I select Compare Contents, the Compare Contents window appears.

Should either assume I want Binary Comparison or eliminate the [] Don't Show Again option.

Thanks, we'll get that fixed in the next release. In the meantime you can also disable it in the Options dialog on the Folder Views->Confirmations panel.
