I use PerForce & Subversion (SVN, TortoiseSVN). However I can't seem to get Beyond Compare to work with either of them.

Are you having problems setting BC up as a diff tool, or are you having a problem with the SCC integration for check-in/check-out?
Instructions for setting up BC as a diff tool with Perforce and TortoiseSVN are at: http://www.scootersoftware.com/support.php?c=kb_vcs.php
Using SVN with the SCC integration requires a plug-in, details are at: http://www.scootersoftware.com/ubbthread...page=0#Post3206 (http://www.scootersoftware.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=3206&an=0&page=0#Post3206)
If you're having problems with the SCC integration, please describe your problem in more detail.

For TortoiseSVN, one may also right click on a directory, select Subversion -> Preferences to bring up the preferences window.
From the preferences window, select External Programs -> Diff Viewer in the tree view to the left. Select External Program, click on the "..." button, and browse to the BC2.exe executable (e.g. C:\Program Files\Beyond Compare 2\BC2.exe).
It's a few more steps, but I'm too lazy to hack the .INI file in this case. :D
