Thank you for the info on how to set up for SFTP using Tunnelier.
Is there a way to compare files on two separate SSH hosts, one host for each Folder, much like BC's native ability?

It is possible to compare two SFTP sites using BC and Tunnelier.

Setup the first site in Tunnelier as normal and open it using ftp://localhost/ in Beyond Compare.

For the second site, open Tunnelier. Before connecting, go to the Services tab. Make sure "FTP-to-SFTP Bridge" is enabled, and change the Listen Port to another port, such as 22.

Load the second site in BC as ftp://localhost:22/, where 22 is the alternate port you chose for the second site.
