Does BC offer any SDK or Component for develop?

My company have a project that need the function like BC provides, so if i order the license, can I get any SDK or Component from it?

BC doesn't have an API. It is possible to do many BC functions using a BC script, then call the script from another program. BC's scripting is covered in the Command Line and Scripting section of our help file, and in our Script Central forum.
