Does anybody run BC on a Mac? I'm a long-time user of BC on Windows systems and cannot find an application for Macs that provides FTP comparison functions like BC does.

BC isn't available on the Mac, although we're considering an OS X port for the future.

We haven't tested under Virtual PC for Mac, so I can't say how well it might run.

It *does* run on Virtual PC (that's how I use it), but it's a bit quirky. It works well enough that I keep using it (what else can do what Beyond Compare does?) but it crashes occasionally and runs slow (as does everything in VPC in my experience). I will be ecstatic and first in line to purchase if it ever appears native for Mac OS X!

It runs well on OS X with a VMWare application hosting Windows XP.

Yes, please. An OS X port would make my month. I'm in the process of migrating the last of my computers to Leopard, and I miss BC already. I have a copy of Parallels coming in soon, and I'll be seeing how BC works under Parallels, but I'd really prefer to have a native version.

For those of you looking for alternatives to Beyond Compare on the Mac, you might find the following discussion helpful:
