rules-based comparison on startup

Each time I use Explorer's context menu to compare 2 directories I need to set the comparison control to "rules-based comparison". Is there any way I can make this the default, so I don't have to set it each time?

To change the default criteria:

Configure BC with your preferred settings.

Select Session|Set Default.
Click "Save current settings as defaults".
