Compare same folders over time? How to?

How can I save the current state of a folder tree (with all file info) and then compare it to a later state of the same folder tree? (I don't want to make a physical copy of the folder tree because it is my \windows tree) -- I'd just like to be able to compare last week's saved list with today's and see the differences.

Use the Actions|Save Snapshot command.

It will save a list of files, their timestamp and size, and optionally their CRCs.

You can load a saved snapshot file as a base folder later to compare it to your c:\windows folder.
