comparing DBF/CSV including syncing

Hi: I read a lot of the messages here but didn't quite see the answer to this. When I compare two .PRG files I can copy between them, realign, etc. but when I compare two CSV files I don't seem to be able to make the sides equal.

These are originally .DBF files so if these could be browsed natively that would help but I can live with copying them out too. But I would like to move a row on one side up a few lines (when it is present but at another position) and to copy values while viewing.

Is this possible, did I miss it?

The data view plugin doesn't have as many features as the built-in file viewer, and that includes being read-only and not supporting the manual align function. We are planning on bringing out more advanced version, but it won't be until BC v3 is released.
