Blank entries in "Open With" options

Build 445:

Go to "Options..." and select the "Open With" section.
Here you can repeatedly press the "New..." button.

Result: With each click an empty entry gets generated.
Maybe it's harmless, but it seems odd to me.

You're right, it shouldn't store empty definitions or show multiple empty entries.
